State of Facilitation

For the first three editions of the survey and the report (2023 to 2025), I created a clear and engaging design that makes the data easy to explore—both online and in print. While visually connected to the SessionLab brand, the report has its own distinct identity. By balancing the structure and readability of the content, I contributed to shape a report that not only presents data but tells a story—one that facilitators and organizations can connect with and use to drive impact.
